Oil-Resistant Hydraulic Hoses For Tractor Harvesters

Hengshui Zhehan operates its own rubber mixing, hose building, and assembly production right in Jing County, Hebei, China’s dense rubber manufacturing hub. Over the years we’ve supplied hydraulic hose and finished assemblies to farm equipment manufacturers, independent repair shops, and spare parts distributors across multiple countries. When you buy Oil-resistant Hydraulic Hoses for Tractor Harvesters from us, you deal directly with the factory: no middlemen, straightforward pricing, and the ability to ship from stock or manufacture to your exact drawing. Whether you need a single reel to keep a repair shop stocked, or a steady supply of branded assemblies for new tractor production, send us your specs or sample hose and we’ll put together a quotation that fits your purchasing plan.

On a working farm, standard hydraulic hose takes a beating: hot hydraulic oil and diesel can soften the inner tube, sharp stubble and gravel slice the cover, and winter mornings followed by hot afternoons can make cheap hose brittle or mushy. Every unexpected hose swap costs time and money.

Hengshui Zhehan’s Oil-resistant Hydraulic Hoses for Tractor Harvesters attacks the problem at the material level. The inner tube is an oil-swell-resistant HNBR compound, the reinforcement is a double-layer high-tensile steel wire braid, and the cover is compounded for abrasion and UV resistance. That combination keeps oil in, weather out, and pressure steady through the season.

Want to upgrade your ag equipment with hydraulic hose that lasts? Call or email our sales engineers to request a quote, order a trial batch, or get a pre-production sample to test on your own machines.

Three Ways It Saves You Money and Hassle

Fewer hose replacements: The HNBR tube and tough cover directly address oil-induced swelling, weathering and abrasion, helping farmers and repair shops slash the frequency of hydraulic hose change-outs.

Less field downtime: Reliable pressure holding from -40°C up to +100°C means hydraulic systems stay tight during planting and harvest, reducing wasted hours from sudden leaks and burst lines.

Easier sourcing for OEMs and service centers: One factory supplies the hose, the fittings, and the crimped assembly, giving tractor plants and agricultural equipment service providers a stable, cost-effective hydraulic plumbing partner.

Ag Equipment It’s Built For

Large and mid-size tractors: Factory-fit hydraulic circuits – power steering, rear remote valves, implement lift lines

Wheat, corn and rice combine harvesters: Header raise/lower, reel drive, unloading auger swing, hydrostatic transmission feed

Orchard and vineyard machinery: Sprayer boom controls, compact tractor hydraulic loops, fruit picker head hydraulics

Forage and silage equipment: Self-propelled forage harvesters, baler hydraulics, wrapper machine oil lines

Farm repair and maintenance market: Replacement hose for aging tractors and harvesters, upgrade from original worn lines

Ag and forestry attachments: Front-end loaders, post hole diggers, ditch trenchers, wood splitters running off tractor remotes

Designed for the Demands of Farming

HNBR inner tube formulated for aggressive oil resistance

This oil-resistant hydraulic hose for tractors and combine harvesters withstands long-term submersion in hydraulic oil and diesel without swelling. In lab testing, oil resistance exceeds the relevant GB standard by 42%, and no inner-tube peeling or flaking was observed after 2,200 hours of continuous oil immersion.

Double-layer brass-plated high-tensile steel wire braid

Working pressure rated at 21 MPa, with a minimum burst pressure of 84 MPa (4× working pressure). Impulse fatigue testing reaches 550,000 cycles without ply separation, giving the hose the muscle to absorb the pressure spikes common in tractor and combine hydraulic systems.

Abrasion-resistant and anti-ozone cover compound

Abrasion rated at 8.3, field trials show roughly 3.1 times the wear life of ordinary agricultural hydraulic hose. After five years of direct outdoor exposure, the cover remains free of cracks, making it suitable for equipment that sits outside year-round.

Tight bending radius thanks to precision hose building

The minimum bend radius is about 30% smaller than that of standard hydraulic hose of the same size. Tight engine bays, narrow boom arms and confined spaces on harvesters are all easier to plumb without kinking or flow restriction.

All-season flexibility, -40°C to +100°C

The rubber compound stays pliable on freezing winter mornings and does not soften or weep oil during hot harvest afternoons. The hose can handle intermittent peaks up to 120°C, so it survives days when hydraulic oil temperature climbs under continuous load.

Safe Use & Longer Service Life Guidelines

Safe installation

Route the hose leaving about 5% slack – do not stretch or twist during assembly to avoid stress on the reinforcement and sudden pressure bursts.

Keep the hose at least 30 cm away from engine exhaust manifolds. Use thermal sleeving near high-heat sources to prevent the cover from aging prematurely.

Use only matched standard hydraulic fittings. Pressing non-standard fittings can cause blow-offs under pressure and create safety hazards from high-velocity oil spray.

Extending service life

Inspect the cover for abrasion, cuts and bulges every 500 operating hours. Replace any hose with wear deeper than 1 mm.

During off-season storage, drain the hydraulic fluid, coil the hose loosely, and store it in a dry, shaded area away from diesel, fertilizer and agricultural chemicals.

Never exceed the rated working pressure. Overloading can cause inner tube delamination and hose failure far earlier than its designed service life.

Frequently Asked Questions & Next Steps

Q: What’s the minimum order quantity?

A: For stock sizes, you can order as little as a single 20-meter coil. If you need finished assemblies, we accept orders starting at just 10 pieces. For non-standard specifications, we’re happy to work with smaller trial quantities to help you validate the product before committing to a larger production run.

Q: Can you supply OEM assemblies with our brand and specifications?

A: Absolutely. We provide private labeling, custom inner diameters, non-standard lengths, and crimped assemblies with the exact fitting types you specify – send us your drawings, sample hoses, or technical data sheets, and we’ll build to your requirements.

Q: What warranty do you offer?

A: All our agricultural hydraulic hoses come with a 12-month factory warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If an oil leak or crack appears under normal operating conditions and isn’t caused by external mechanical damage, we will replace the hose free of charge.

Q: Can I get a small test order before placing a bulk purchase?

A: Certainly. Many of our ag customers start by ordering a few meters or a small batch of assemblies to install on their own machines and evaluate performance through a season. Contact us to arrange a trial shipment – we’ll help you pick the right specifications.

Q: Do these hoses meet any recognized agricultural or hydraulic standards?

A: Our production testing follows SAE, EN and GB standards. Depending on the construction, the hose can meet requirements comparable to SAE 100R2AT and EN 853. If you need a specific certification or batch test report, let us know and we’ll work with you to provide the documentation.

Q: How quickly can you ship, and what if I need custom assemblies?

A: Stock hoses and common sizes can usually be dispatched within a few working days. Custom assemblies with crimped fittings take a little longer based on complexity and quantity. When you send an inquiry, we’ll give you a realistic lead time – and we stick to it.

Q: How do I request a quote or start a purchase?

A: Just send an email or give us a call. Tell us your working pressure, preferred inner diameter, length, and the type of fittings you need, and we’ll put together a formal quotation. Reach out to Hengshui Zhehan Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (Jing County, Hengshui, Hebei, China). We can ship samples, arrange a factory visit, or take your order right away – whatever works best for you.
