Route the high-temperature and aging-resistant hydraulic hose without twisting, kinking, or rubbing against sharp edges. Never bend tighter than the specified minimum bend radius to protect the steel reinforcement and avoid sudden burst risks.
System pressure must not exceed the hose’s rated working pressure. For applications with frequent pressure surges, select a hose rated for the next higher pressure class to eliminate overstress hazards.
