These include automated material handling systems, large-scale steel-wire braiding and spiral-winding units, and continuous vulcanization lines. Supported by overhead cranes and intelligent transfer equipment, the facility establishes a closed-loop production process covering everything from raw material processing and steel-wire braiding/forming to vulcanization and finished-product sorting. With multiple lines operating in parallel across the workshop, the company can efficiently handle large-volume, long-term export orders and meet the steady, ongoing procurement needs of overseas clients.
